Also, there is nothing about more intense forms of manipulation such as reverse osmosis, spinning cone, etc...<BR/><BR/>There is no doubt that these methods may be against the "spirit" of biodynamics, but as biodynamic and organic wine become more popular branding mechanisms it will be interesting to see what happens.
